Bricklayer AI, the first Automated AI Security Team for Security Operations Centers (SOCs), is excited to announce the launch of our newest features, Agent Feedback and Async Tool Support.
Bricklayer’s Agent Feedback allows you to track and report the performance of AI Agents in your SOC, so you always have full visibility into the length, complexity, and accuracy of the agents’ jobs.
With Agent Feedback, you now have a view that not only shows you the tasks in a particular procedure, but also shows metrics like how many times a procedure has been run, how many tasks were completed by your Bricklayer AI Agent Team, and how much time it saved you. With Bricklayer Agent Feedback, you can clearly see, adjust, improve, and report on all procedures with AI agent involvement.
You can provide feedback to Bricklayer’s AI agent team through a scoring system. The scoring system lets you give a thumbs up or thumbs down on a procedure run, and then provide more context on why, just like you’d give a performance review to your human team. By tracking your scores, Bricklayer will provide metrics to allow you to update and tune the procedure to be faster and more efficient.
In addition to Agent Feedback, this release also delivers a new async plugin tools capability. You can now use async operations with tool API interactions which allow Bricklayer Agents to wait for a response by polling a status endpoint during muti-step API workflows. This new capability enables Bricklayer AI agents to integrate more completely with all tools in your environment and perform even deeper analysis during investigations.
